ENFORCEMENT OF ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES ACT AND OTHER CONTROL ORDERS.

The State Govt. is committed to implement the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and various control orders issued there under to the best advantage of the general public with transparency and efficiency. For this purpose the State Govt. have promulgated the following control orders.

  1. Arunachal Pradesh Food Stuff (Hoarding & Profiteering) Control order 2005.

  2. Arunachal Pradesh Kerosene (Licensing & Distribution) Control order 2005.

  3. Arunachal Pradesh cooking gas (Licensing & Distribution) Control order 2005.

  4. Arunachal Pradesh declaration of stocks & prices of E.C. order 2005.

  5. Arunachal Pradesh Public distribution of Articles order 2005.

  6. Arunachal Pradesh MS/HSD (Licensing & Control) order 2005.

  7. Arunachal Pradesh Food grains (Licensing Control) order 2005.
